For dinner tonight, I made pasta. It’s a recipe from Jeremy’s parents. Simple to make: pesto, chicken, garlic, roasted bell peppers, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and some lemon basil rotini. Oh, and sprinkled liberally with freshly grated parmesan:
