Melinda – I have baked them and then frozen them successfully. Just take them out of the freezer and bake to reheat.

These look amazing! I’m usually only cooking for myself, though, and always look for ways to save some of my meals for later. Any thoughts or advice on freezing these? Before baking, after baking? Thanks,

I’m rather new at cooking and I’m little confused about what it means to “make a well” in the center. Can you please explain that step??? Thanks!
