Ruth - you can copy the recipe by highlighting it and then instead of using right-click to pull up the menu to copy, just press CTRL-C or apple-C to copy.

Quick question ... I want a copy of the braised Napa cabbage recipe but I can't copy and save. I understand that you're protecting your photos. But the recipes too?

This appears to be a saute to me, as opposed to braising. For example, see here: http://www.boston.com/lifestyle/food/articles/2009/09/16/braised_napa_cabbage_recipe/.

That said, I love the idea of mushrooms with it, so will see how merging the two techniques turns out.

Thanks for sharing.

Sindy - it's cool.

Abby - aren't those cute? I got them at a Japanese grocery store near San Jose, CA. They were on sale for $1, so I grabbed 5 different pair. I was walking through a high end "cook" shop here in Boulder the other day and nearly pitched a fit when I saw similar chopsticks for $5 a pair! Robbery! ;)
