I'm lazy,too! Jenmoocat - I appreciate your kind comments :) My grandma is "cleaning" those sprouts. She picks the little wiry end of the sprout off. It's not necessary. I dare admit that I, lazy girl, don't pluck those ends off. I just wash them and then toss them into a stir-fry or add them raw. Although, when I was a little girl, I used to sit with Grandma at the table and pluck the ends when she was preparing dinner. So don't feel like you have to pluck the ends off, although it does look better :) Wendy – thanks!
