Luckily, there's a deli here in town that makes a mile-high reuben with tender meat that is to die for. I always order it. And, this past summer, when I was vacationing in southern Oregon, I ran into a fellow who makes his own pastrami and corned beef. Now, that reuben was a treat as well. I'll keep thinking good thoughts for you. Reubens are my favorite, but it can be difficult to find one with tender meat.
