And, this past summer, when I was vacationing in southern Oregon, I ran into a fellow who makes his own pastrami and corned beef. Now, that reuben was a treat as well. I'll keep thinking good thoughts for you. Reubens are my favorite, but it can be difficult to find one with tender meat.
