It's so easy, and turns out perfect every time. I made it again for Easter this past weekend, and my family loved it. It definitely out-performs any other roast. This time, I seared both sides of the roast before putting in the crock pot, which is a nice addition, if you have the time, but totally not necessary. Thanks so much! I love, love, love this recipe!
