WoRC – lol! I just don’t post when my cakes have problems, love :) I figure with my high-altitude lungs and my fatigue from treatment, it equals out and I’m essentially a sea-leveler, eh? hee hee. I know you and marmots are not friends. You’ll like the marmots in the Rocky Mountains though – because they will never touch your car’s radiator hose :) xxoo

I trotted back to the car from Tuolomne Meadows 10,000 ft touristy, look out point and almost passed out. Double digit elevation is killing me, shows you how out of shape I’m in. You Colorado-ians make me sick, just sick. Living in high altitude, hiking all the time, some of you even trail running and baking your cakes without any problems drives me to jealous insanity.

But I do thank you for the pretty pics! The pass is truly breathtaking and you guys always have so much fun in the great outdoors. Kaweah and you guys must have lungs of steel! Bet you guys will run circles around us sea level living folk!

BTW- did I tell you that I don’t like marmots? :). Just checking.

I was going crazy on my Tetons/Yellowstone/Montana trip over all the wild flowers–and you see them all the time! Do you ever feel like you’re living someone else’s vacation??

And that rant a few posts ago: Right on. Who the hell do those people think they are?
