Lisa – Hi Mom :) I pureed and strained half of the lychees from the can, then added vermouth and gin and some lychee syrup (the stuff the canned lychees come in). Not too bad. The lychees just sit in or on the drink. I think it’s very strong. Jeremy likes it.
