The first time we used it was when we received short ribs in our CSA box and didn't know what to make with them. I came across this recipe in a google search and was salivating over your pictures. The dish was such a hit that I ordered extra short ribs from the farmer at the following pickup. I've also used the marinade/sauce for a beef and lamb stew just this week - easily the most flavorful stew I've ever made. Thanks for the recipe, this one's a keeper!
