Ashley – there are several varieties of lupine and these may be bluebonnets, but they might also be one of ten other species… Can you believe it?! But I love them – they’re gorgeous flowers whatever they are.

Christy – good luck! I think you want the not overbeat the whites, but when you turn the bowl upside down, they shouldn’t fall out. Also, mix them just enough so that it flows slowly, but enough that it is all incorporated.
