		<description>pixipanda - yes, they should keep for a month at least.  I probably wouldn&#039;t refrigerate them, just keep them in a sealed container at room temperature (but don&#039;t let them get hot).</description>

		<description>These look so wonderful! And I have a tree full of Meyers lemons needing some sort of use. (Freezer&#039;s still full of juice from the last crop.) One thing I couldn&#039;t find the answer to is storage: Do you think they&#039;ll keep for a couple of weeks? Do they need to be refrigerated? I&#039;d like to make them as Christmas gifts, but I&#039;m hoping not to have to do it last minute. No need to make the season more stressful, right? :)
