And I have a tree full of Meyers lemons needing some sort of use. (Freezer's still full of juice from the last crop.) One thing I couldn't find the answer to is storage: Do you think they'll keep for a couple of weeks? Do they need to be refrigerated? I'd like to make them as Christmas gifts, but I'm hoping not to have to do it last minute. No need to make the season more stressful, right? :) Thank you for sharing! These look so wonderful!
