![The past week included the usual sunny days ☀️and snowy days ❄️, but they had that *spring* vibe and I AM HERE FOR IT! 1) We slowly reintroduced Neva to skate skiing and she is enjoying the hell out of getting back on snow. 2) [video] We don't free range the pups on this trail because it's right next to a highway, but it's not like Yuki gives me any assist (pull) on the hills. I love Neva's casual wag and how she sniffs Yuki's mouth. Usually she's too afraid of Yuki to do that 💕
3) When the pups are tired, we hit the paid trails for a proper workout. 4) [vid] It feels amazing to be able to skate the trails that used to intimidate me just last season. 5) [vid] Still heckin’ scary to shoot video on some of the steeps despite Jeremy taking it slow so I don't fall too far behind. 6) [vid] We spotted The Fantastic Mr. Fox 🦊 scouting for breakfast as we skinned up the mountain before the lifts opened. 7) Best. Guy. Ever. ❤️
8) Blame it on the pandemic, but I had never had a mochi donut 🍡🍩 until yesterday when we drove into Denver for specific errands. Jeremy was skeptical 🤔 but I promised him it would be fun to try. These are serious carb bombs 🍞💣 so I allowed myself the indulgence of one donut (I sampled a ball from each type because FLAVORS 😋). 9) [vid] Ube (purple) was my favorite, but they were all delightful and I am obsessed with QQ - that addictive bouncy chewiness.
