Dinner tonight was teriyaki pork chops. I wanted to try a dry rub, but was too lazy (or busy?) to find a good recipe. Not a bad dinner considering we’re at our last dregs in the fridge and pantry. Let’s see here…
more hash browns (because I buy organic yukons in the 5 lb. bag)
nice caramelization of the sugar on the grilled choppies
topped with homemade teriyaki sauce, paired with side salad and a dish of applesauce
