Jen, we LOVE you. Those photos of Lucy made us all say “Ohh!” We showed this to Lu and she pointed out everyone she knew, said their names. When we said, “Who took those photos?” she smiled and said, “JEN!”

The photo of Lucy looking at the food belongs on the cover of a book! What an eye you have, you bring the viewer into the magic of the moment.

Jen, I’m so glad I got to be a part of your whirlwind trip. Love your eye and your enthusiasm for our wet city. Safe travels and looking forward to seeing you next time!

Jen – I know this sounds completely ridiculous, but I’m sure we’re destined to meet – place to be determined! My family is in Boulder, I happen to be in Seattle simultaneously, and we have a shared acquaintance. I know that really only adds up to three, but why not? Can’t wait to spot you photographing pastries or something else yummy. And hope you are staying dry – I know I didn’t today :) – Twila

What great photos. It’s hard to pick my favorite, but it just might be the picture of your friends dog. The expression on his face is so funny…he just wasn’t a fan, was he???

It was so, so good to see you this weekend! I just wish I could have gotten into town a little earlier so I could have crashed one of those gorgeous meals!

Thanks guys! I’m especially fond of the lucy pic because of those pink cowboy boots – how cute is that?!
Allison – I know, right? She was too cute in those boots to NOT take a picture (or 20) :)
Margie – isn’t she adorable? Really special little girl.
Jennie – someday we are going to have a Kingsford reunion and it’s going to be awesome with all of you guys. In the meantime I send you a big hug every day!
Shauna – thank you for that lovely day together. All of the great food, conversation, time together, and especially time with Lu. You guys are so very sweet. xo
ursula – it was SO good and out of this world!
Lael – you’re too sweet, dear. It’s all Lucy, not me!! :)
Dana – thanks for meeting up for lunch despite your busy schedule. Loved getting to talk and catch up xoxo
justcooknyc – thanks Justin! Next time I hope you’ll be in those shots!
Twila Moon – dry is a relative term, no? ha ha! Seattle and Boulder have such different climates, but I love both. Have to say I think I love the food and blogger scene of Seattle more though! :)
Home with Mandy – he totally wasn’t! ;)
Magpie – likewise! So lovely to meet you and spend time together! xo
Michelle – awww, I wish we had ended up at the same restaurant! I’m glad we could hang out during the Nintendo event though :)
Marisa – me too. Tea and I were bemoaning that you couldn’t be there with us :( But I’m glad we could hang out at dinner.
